JUDGMENT

[1]The Respondent breached the Claimant’s contract by not paying him commission as agreed. The Tribunal awards the Claimant the gross sum of £3,000 by way of damages for breach of contract.[2]The Respondent has failed to pay the Claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the Claimant the gross sum of 830.98 in respect of accrued but untaken holiday.[3]The Tribunal declares that the Claimant’s complaint that the Respondent made unauthorised deductions from his wages is well-founded and the Tribunal orders the Respondent to pay the sum of £421.98 to the Claimant in respect of the deductions.
