JUDGMENT
[1]The claim for unlawful deduction from wages succeeds. The Respondent has made an unlawful deduction from the Claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay to the Claimant the gross sum of £726 in respect of the amount unlawfully deducted. The Respondent made unlawful deductions from wages by not paying any wages due in the payslip dated 4 February 2022.[2]The claim for holiday pay succeeds. The Respondent is ordered to pay the gross sum of £1,380 to the Claimant in respect of holiday pay. This holiday pay arises from his period of service from 1 April 2021 to 31 January 2022.[3]The Claimant is responsible for any income tax and employee national insurance contributions due.
