[1]The Claimants’ claims to have suffered unauthorised deductions from wages are well-founded and succeed.[2]Mr D. Warner’s complaint of wrongful dismissal is well-founded and succeeds.[3]The Respondent must pay to Mr D. Warner the following sums:a. £5,203.87 net of tax (if applicable), on account of unpaid wages;b. £364.70 as damages for wrongful dismissal.[4]The Respondent must pay to Ms C. Uhlmann the following sums:a. £2,501.92 net of tax and national insurance contributions (if applicable), on account of unpaid wages;b. £297 gross on account of unpaid wages;c. £385 gross on account of notice pay.
