JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s claims of unfair dismissal and race or religious discrimination are dismissed on withdrawal.[2]A determination could properly be made of the Claimant’s claims for accrued untaken annual leave and unlawful deductions in accordance with rule 21 of the Rules of Procedure.[3]The Respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages and must pay the claimant £950 gross.[4]The Respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and must pay the claimant £1,000.
