JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s complaints of i) automatic unfair dismissal because of making a protected disclosure and ii) disability discrimination are dismissed on withdrawal.[2]The claimant’s complaints of i) ‘ordinary’ unfair dismissal and ii) direct racial discrimination and/or racial harassment are not withdrawn and are unaffected by this judgment. These complaints will be decided at the final hearing.[3]The claimant relies on the events put forward in her withdrawn complaints of automatic unfair dismissal and disability discrimination as contributing to her ‘ordinary’ unfair dismissal.
