[1]The Claimant was engaged as a worker within the meaning of Section 230 of the Employment Rights Act 1996.[2]The Claimant’s claim that she suffered detriment in making public interest disclosures is not well founded.[3]The Claimant’s claim under the Equality Act 2010 for direct discrimination, harassment and victimisation are not well founded.[4]The Claimant’s claim that she has suffered unlawful deduction of wages is well founded and the Respondents are Ordered to pay £225 in the outstanding contribution towards the Claimant’s hotel accommodation.
