JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s claim of notice pay is not upheld.[2]The respondent made an unlawful deduction from the claimant’s wages by not paying the claimant for the period running from 1 February 2020 to 10 February 2020 inclusive. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant five days statutory sick pay in the total sum of £94.25, and one day’s pay, namely for 10 February 2020 at a rate of £101.38 gross.[3]The claimant’s claim in respect of holiday pay is not upheld.
