[1]The respondent must pay to the claimant the total amount of £1590.16 within 14 days of the date of this Judgment. This total amount is calculated by reference to:a. The claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment of £469.04. This is calculated by reference to his age, weekly gross pay and two full years of service.b. The claimant’s claim for unauthorised deduction from wages/breach of contract is well-founded and the claimant is entitled to the sum of £183.04 in respect of unpaid wages. This relates to unpaid salary for 26 March 2025 and 27 March 2025.c. The claimant is entitled to £938.08 in respect of his two week notice period. Approved by
