[1]The respondent must pay to the claimant the total amount of £4032 within 14 days of the date of this Judgment. This total amount is calculated by reference to:a. The claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment of £1890. This is calculated by reference to his age, weekly gross pay of £630 and two full years of service.b. The claimant’s claim for unauthorised deduction from wages/breach of contract is well-founded and the claimant is entitled to the sum of £252 in respect of unpaid wages. This relates to unpaid salary for 26 March 2025 and 27 March 2025. This is calculated as 9 hours per day at £14 per hour.c. The claimant is entitled to £1260 in respect of his two week notice period.d. The claimant is entitled to £630 in respect of accrued but untaken holiday entitlement, reflecting 1 weeks holiday.
