[1]The Claimant’s claim of unfair dismissal is dismissed because, having regard to section 111(2) Employment Rights Act 1996, the Employment Tribunals do not have jurisdiction to consider it.[2]The Claimant’s claim for other payments is dismissed because he has confirmed that he pursues no such claim.
