JUDGMENT
[1]By agreement, the correct name of the respondent is ‘Harley Street Smile Ltd t/a Yourdentist.co.uk’.[2]The claimant’s claims for non-payment of holiday pay, unauthorised deduction of wages and breach of contract were presented out of time. The tribunal determines that it was reasonably practicable for each of those to have been presented in time.[3]Accordingly there is no jurisdiction to hear the claim and the claims are dismissed. Note: Reasons for the judgment having been given orally at the hearing, written reasons will not be provided unless a written request is presented by either party within 14 days of the sending of this written record of the decision.
