JUDGMENT
[1]The name of the Respondent is amended from ‘Sol Y Luna Limited’ to ‘Solylunatapas Limited’.[2]The Claimant’s complaints of unfair dismissal and breach of contract, are wellfounded.[3]The Claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment in the amount of £1,467, and the Respondent shall pay that sum to the Claimant.[4]The Respondent shall pay to the Claimant notice pay of £1,828 (net).[5]It is hereby declared that the Claimant suffered an unauthorised deduction of wages, in that he was not paid statutory sick pay in the sum of £89.35, and the Respondent shall pay that sum to the Claimant.[6]The Claimant is entitled to holiday pay in the sum of £131.78, and the Respondent shall pay that sum to the Claimant.
