JUDGMENT

[1]For the reasons given in oral judgment at Watford Employment Tribunal on 14th January 2024, the Tribunal finds that the claimant’s claim of race discrimination was not brought within the statutory time limits under the Equality Act 2010. The tribunal did not consider it was just and equitable to extend the time limit. The claim is therefore dismissed.[2]For the reasons given in oral judgment at Watford Employment Tribunal on 14th January 2024, the Tribunal finds that claimant’s claim of unlawful deduction of wages/breach of contract was not brought within the statutory time limits under the Employment Rights Act 1996. It was reasonably practicable to do so. The claim is therefore dismissed. Approved by
