[1]The complaint of breach of contract in relation to unpaid commission is wellfounded.[2]The respondent shall pay the claimant £5,782.33 as damages for breach of contract in relation toa. Unpaid commission in respect of work performed in January 2024 in the sum of £3,850.47b. Unpaid commission in respect of work performed in February 2024 in the sum of £1,931.86[3]This figure has been calculated using gross pay.
