JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant was not an employee of the respondent.[2]The claimant was not a self-employed independent contractor whilst working for the respondent.[3]At all material times the claimant was a worker of the respondent.[4]The parties agree that the respondent should pay the claimant the sum of £184 in full and final settlement of all claims arising out of the claimant’s contract with the respondent, and the said sum of £184 was paid today by the respondent during the hearing which now concludes all matters.
