The claimant’s application dated 20 February 2026 for reconsideration of the judgment sent to the parties on 20 February 2026 is refused.REASONS
The claimant’s application is described by him as an application for “reconsideration of the withdrawal of my claim”. I take this to be an application for reconsideration of the judgment dismissing the claimant’s claim on withdrawal. The claimant’s application is based on amounts payable under a settlement agreement being, according to him, unpaid, and him having not signed the settlement agreement. Nevertheless, it is not in dispute that the claimant withdrew his claim, and given that I consider there is no reasonable prospect of the original decision being varied or revoked. Approved by
