REASONS
[1]This sole remaining claim was made subject to a deposit order, sent to the parties on 21 June 2023. The claimant was required to pay a deposit of £150 within 21 days of that correspondence as a condition of continuing with this claim because I considered that it had little reasonable prospects of success.[2]The claimant was sent the communication containing the deposit order and the reasons why it had been issued.[3]The claimant was due to pay the deposit by 12 July 2023. The claimant did not pay the deposit ordered before the deadline expired.[4]The claim should therefore be struck out under Rule 39(4) Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2013. It is so struck out.
