Pursuant to a Preliminary Hearing held by Cloud Video Platform (CVP)[1]It is the Judgment of this Tribunal that the Default Judgment under Rule 21 against the Respondent in the above proceedings, be set aside and further that time be extended to validate the Respondent’s ET3 sent to the Tribunal under cover of correspondence dated 16 February 2021.[2]Pursuant to further and better particulars to be provided by the Claimant as detailed below, the matter will now be listed for a Telephone Closed Preliminary Hearing on 11 May 2021, for 2 hours.[3]The purpose of this Hearing will be to deal with Case Management issues arising out of and pursuant to the Claimant’s further and better particulars of her claim and to deal with directions and other matters and the listing of a Full Merits Hearing. 18 March 2021
