The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 26 November 2022 (correcting the earlier letter of 15 November 2022), the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity, until 1pm on 29 November 2022, to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because the manner in which the proceedings have been conducted by or on behalf of the claimant has been scandalous, unreasonable or vexatious; the claimant had not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 17 July 2022. it has not been actively pursued.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing and has failed to ask for a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearing fixed for 6 December 2022 will not take place.
