[1]The correct name of the respondent is Clear A Waste Limited, whose business address is 15-17 Roebuck Road, Ilford, Essex IG6 3TU.[2]The respondent owes the claimant by way of unpaid wages £849.00 gross, i.e. before the deduction of income tax and national insurance contributions. The respondent is therefore required to pay the claimant the sum of £849.00 and to deduct, and account to Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs for, the income tax and national insurance contributions deductible from that sum.
