JUDGMENT
[1]The tribunal finds that the claimant was an employee of the first respondent Benitt Staff Solutions Limited.[2]The claim against Geordian Barnes Limited is dismissed.[3]The tribunal finds that the claimant has suffered an unlawful deduction from his wages and was entitled to holiday pay accrued and outstanding at the time of termination of employment.[4]The claimant has suffered an unlawful deduction from wages in the sum of £126.[5]The claimant had accrued 17.8 days leave at the time of termination of employment, and is entitled to a payment in respect thereof in the sum of £1,210.04.[6]The tribunal orders the respondent to pay the claimant the sum of £1,336.40.
