[1]On 15 September 2018 the Tribunal wrote to the Claimant as follows: Employment Judge Vowles is considering striking out the claim because the Claimant has failed to respond to the Tribunal’s letters dated 13 May 2018 and 10 August 2018 and is failing to actively pursue the claim. No later than 14 days from the date of this letter the Claimant shall send to the Tribunal, with a copy to the Respondent, a response to the Tribunal’s letters and written representations explaining why the claim should not be struck out.[2]The Claimant has failed to respond to the Tribunal’s letter. The claim is therefore struck because the Claimant has failed to actively pursue the claim.
