Miss S Connolly v D Queensborough and Others: 3304318/2022

EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS
Case No 3304318/2022
Ms S ConnollyClaimantDionne Queensborough Bronte Perry Sainsburys Supermarkets LtdRespondent
Employment Judge Quill DateDate 6 September 2022

JUDGMENT

[1]The claims against each of Dionne Queensborough and Bronte Perry are struck out.[2]This does not affect the only remaining claim, which is unfair dismissal. The name of the only remaining respondent is amended from “Sainsburys Goldersgreen” to Sainsburys Supermarkets Ltd.[3]The hearing and case management orders remain as notified on 16 August 2022, and parties must comply with those orders on time.

REASONS

[1]By a letter dated 14 August 2022, the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing (by 29 August 2022), as to why the claims against Dionne Queensborough and Bronte Perry should not be struck out because no claim within the tribunal’s jurisdiction has been identified in the claim form and the claims have no reasonable prospect of success.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing and has failed to ask for a hearing. Those claims are therefore struck out.
