[1]The judgment of the tribunal is:(a) Claim number 3304278/2020 was properly rejected under the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013 Sch.1 para10 (1(c)(i)2 and it was reasonably practicable for the claim to have been presented in time and(b) Claim number 3305246/2020 is out of time and it was reasonably practicable for it to have been presented in time.[2]The claimant’s application for a reconsideration of claim 3304278/2020 fails[3]The Claimant’s application to extend time for presentation of both claims fail[4]The Claimant’s claims 3304278/2020 & 3305246/2020 are dismissed.
