[1]The name of the respondent is amended to ICP Asset Management Limited.[2]The claimant was unfairly dismissed. The respondent must pay to the claimant £12,913.51 as compensation for unfair dismissal.[3]The claimant’s claim of unlawful deductions from wages is dismissed.[4]The respondent has failed to pay holiday pay to the claimant and is ordered to pay £647.68 to her by way of holiday pay.[5]The respondent must pay to the claimant an additional award of £923.04 under s38 of the Employment Act 2002.[6]The recoupment regulations do not apply.
