The claimant was employed by VMW Leisure Limited between 14 December 2021 and 24 February 2024.[2]VMW Leisure Limited is substituted as the respondent for Wendy Fretton under rule 35 Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2024. Wendy Fretton is no longer a respondent to the claim.[3]The proceedings are stayed.[4]No later than 8 January 2027 the claimant must write to the Tribunal to inform them of any application to restore the respondent to the register of companies.
