JUDGMENT
[1]In January and February 2023, the Respondent made two unlawful deductions to the Claimant’s wages by: a.) failing to pay her two days of accrued but unused holiday pay on termination of her employment; and b.) deducting £729.49 from the Claimant’s net pay recorded on her payslips for those months.[2]In breach of contract, the Respondent failed to pay the Claimant her contractual one week’s notice pay entitlement on termination of her employment.[3]The Respondent shall pay to the Claimant the following sums:a. The sum of £729.49 (in respect of net pay recorded on her payslips for January and February 2023 but unpaid); andb. The further sum of £753.83 gross in respect of unpaid holiday and notice pay, to be paid to the Claimant net of any statutory deductions for tax and National Insurance. Case No. 3304234/2023
