Pursuant to a Preliminary Hearing conducted by CVP It is the judgment of this Tribunal as follows:[1]The Claimant’s claim for unfair dismissal is dismissed as the Claimant does not have two years continual employment and the Tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear a claim for unfair dismissal.[2]The Claimant’s claim for notice pay is dismissed on withdrawal.[3]The Claimant’s claim for “bullying and injustice” shows no claim for which the Tribunal has jurisdiction.
