JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s claim in damages for breach of contract for wrongful dismissal succeeds. In this respect the Claimant is awarded the sum of £665.00.[2]The Claimant’s claim for unpaid expenses in respect of legitimately and properly incurred expenses succeeds. In this respect the Claimant is awarded the sum of £300.00.[3]The Claimant’s claim for monies in lieu of accrued untaken holiday under the Working Time Regulations 1998 as amended succeeds. In this respect the Claimant is awarded the sum of £760.00.[4]The Claimant’s claim for unlawful deduction of wages under s.13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 succeeds and I make a declaration to that effect. In this respect the Claimant is awarded the sum of £190.00.[5]I award interest on the above sums at 8% under s.35A of the Supreme Court Act 1981 amounting to the sum of £106.00. Case Number: 3304180/2018[6]In total therefore, the Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant forthwith the sum of £2,021.00.
