By a case management order following a Preliminary Hearing on 16 September 2019 the claimant was ordered to provide a signed statement, a schedule of loss, particulars in support of her clams of discrimination and evidence of the illness that prevented her attendance at the hearing. She was ordered to do so by no later than 18 October 2019. She was warned that unless she complied with the Tribunal’s order by no later than 18 October 2019 her claim would be struck out without a hearing or further consideration. The claimant having failed to comply with all aspects of paragraph 1 of the case management order, the claim shall therefore be struck out.
