The Tribunal proceeded in the claimant’s absence pursuant to rule 47 of the Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2013. The judgment of the Tribunal is as follows:[1]The claims of race and disability discrimination were not presented within the applicable time limit. It is not just and equitable to extend the time limit. The claim is therefore dismissed in its entirety.[2]Further, the claim under number 3304136/2023 is also struck out under Employment Tribunal Rule 37(1)(c) because the claimant has not complied with a Tribunal order.[3]All further hearings listed in these proceedings will be vacated.
