It is not just and equitable to extend the time limit. The claim is therefore dismissed in its entirety.[2]Further, the claim under number 3304136/2023 is also struck out under Employment Tribunal Rule 37(1)(c) because the claimant has not complied with a Tribunal order.[3]All further hearings listed in these proceedings will be vacated.
