[1]The claimant’s first complaint of direct discrimination on grounds of sexual orientation and/or disability is dismissed on withdrawal by the claimant. This complaint relates to the provision made for the claimant to get back to the respondent’s depot in Cambridge from Rugby on 5th March 2024.[2]The remaining complaints of direct discrimination on grounds of sexual orientation and/or disability are not well founded and are dismissed.
