Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The Respondent failed to present a response to the claim and judgment is entered in favour of the Claimant as follows.[2]The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £6825.00 in respect of redundancy pay.[3]The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £5718.06 in respect of unpaid wages.[4]The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £635.35 in respect of holiday pay.[5]The total of the above awards is £13,178.41 and the Respondent is ordered to pay this sum to the Claimant.
