JUDGMENT
[1]The tribunal being satisfied that it was not reasonably practicable for the claimant to make the reference to the employment tribunal in this matter within the period of 3 months beginning with the date on which her employment ceased, the time for the claimant to make such reference be extended to 28 March 2022 pursuant to s.11(4)(b) ERA 1996.[2]The tribunal finds that the respondent has failed to provide any pay statements to the claimant in respect of her weekly pay for her employment from 10 April 2021 until 18 December 2021, except for one which she did manage to obtain, for an unspecified date.[3]There being no evidence before the tribunal as to the amount of any deduction that may have been made from sum paid to the claimant on 29 December 2021, no award is made number section 12(4) ERA 1996.
