Unpaid Holiday Pay – regulation 30 Working Time Regulations 1998[1]The Tribunal decided to proceed with the hearing in the absence of the Claimant. After hearing evidence on oath from Mr Botham and reading the Claimant’s ET1 claim form and the Respondent’s ET3 response form, the Tribunal decided that the Claimant had received all the holiday pay that he was entitled to receive. The claim was therefore dismissed. Reasons – rule 62 of Schedule 1 to the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013[2]Reasons for this judgment were given orally at the hearing.
