JUDGMENT
Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – rule 21[1]The respondent having failed to present a response to the claim, judgment is issued for the claimant as follows.[2]The respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the claimant's wages in respect of pay for July, August, September and October 2021 and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £3,490.88.[3]The respondent has made unauthorised deductions of statutory sick pay for August 2021 and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £96.35.[4]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant in respect of accrued but untaken holiday and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £415.68.[5]The sums at paragraphs 2, 3, and 4 are gross sums. Payment of the net sums to the claimant will only satisfy the judgment if the respondent also pays the applicable tax and employee national insurance contributions to HMRC, and confirms to the claimant that it has done so.
