JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant was employed by the First Respondent and the claims of unfair dismissal brought against the Second and Third Respondents are therefore dismissed insofar as the Tribunal has jurisdiction in respect of them, the Claimant having failed to obtain early conciliation certificates naming the Second and Third Respondents.[2]The Claimant’s claim of unfair dismissal is not well-founded and is dismissed.[3]The First Respondent’s application for a preparation time order or costs order is dismissed.
