JUDGMENT

[1]The claim was presented in the Watford Employment Tribunal on 10 Jul 2025. The respondents have failed to present a valid response on time. The Employment Judge has decided that a determination can properly be made of the claims, in accordance with rule 22 of the Procedure Rules.[2]The respondents have made unauthorised deductions from the claimants’ wages and they are jointly and severally liable to pay them the following sums:a. To the first claimant, the gross amount of £3,083.33;b. To the second claimant, the gross amount of £2,767.60; andc. To the third claimant, the gross amount of £3,145.00.[3]The respondents have additionally failed to pay the claimants’ holiday entitlement and are jointly and severally liable to pay them the following sums:a. 142.33 to the first claimant;b. £101.54 to the second claimant; andc. £115.36. to the third claimant.[4]In summary, the respondents must pay the first claimant £3,225.66, the second claimant £2,869.14 and the third claimant £3,260.36 in total.
