JUDGMENT
Having considered the file, under Rule 28 of the Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure Employment Judge Cowen is of the view that the Tribunal has no jurisdiction to consider part of the claim, namely that part of the claim in relation to Public Interest Disclosure Act (whistleblowing), as it has no reasonable prospect of success for the following reasons: The claimant has not provided any details in relation to a protected disclosure (whistleblowing) claim and therefore that part of claim shall be dismissed.
