Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]No response having been received from the respondent, it is adjudged that the respondent has made unlawful deductions from the claimant’s pay.[2]The respondent may take part in the proceedings only to the extent that a Judge permits under rule 21(3).[3]The hearing on Friday 25 October 2019 will take place in public and will determine the remedy due to the claimant. It will start at 10am. No further notice of hearing will be sent.[4]By no later than Friday 4 October 2019, the claimant is to send the respondent any statement and / or calculation which she wishes the tribunal to consider at the hearing on 25 October. If she annexes documents to it, they must be indexed and numbered.
