JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s claim for breach of contract and/or unauthorised deduction from his wages is successful and the respondent is ordered to pay the total sum of £2,994.98 within 14 days from the date of this judgment.[2]The above sum is calculated as:2.1 Unpaid wages of £1,931.19 (net) for the period 1 December 2018 to 31 January 2019; and2.2 Unpaid accrued holiday entitlement in the sum of £408 (net); and2.3 Damages in respect of the claimant’s 4 weeks contractual notice entitlement amounting to £1,632 (net), deducting alternative earnings during the notice period of £976.21 (net), giving a total of £655.79(net).
