Rule 52 Employment Tribunal Rules 2013 The following claims, having been withdrawn by the claimant, are dismissed under Rule 52 of the Rules contained in Schedule 1 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013:(a) that she was subjected to harassment by reason of unwanted conduct relating to her sex and age in contravention of sections 26 and 40 of the Equality Act 20; and(b) that the Respondent directly discriminated against her on grounds of sex and age.
