JUDGMENT
The following complaints are struck out under Rule 39(4) of The Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2013:(1) The complaint of direct age discrimination that the claimant was dismissed because of his age and;(2) The complaint of direct age discrimination that the claimant was denied the opportunity to undertake a training course because of his age.REASONS
The claimant was ordered to pay a deposit of £50.00 by 26 February 2020 in respect of each of the above complaints. The relevant order was sent to the claimant on 29 January 2020. The claimant has failed to pay either of these deposits.
