JUDGMENT

[1]The correct name of the Respondent is Alpha LSG Limited t/a Alpha LSG Sky Chefs and the title to the proceedings is amended accordingly. Evidence[2]The Tribunal heard evidence on oath and read documents provided by the parties. From the evidence heard and read the Tribunal determined as follows. Unfair Dismissal – section 98 Employment Rights Act 1996[3]The Claimant was dismissed by reason of misconduct on 17 August 2017 and that was the effective date of termination. The dismissal was not unfair. This complaint fails and is dismissed.
