[1]The Claimant’s claim of unpaid wages succeeds; the Respondents shall pay the Claimant £1675.10.[2]The Claimant’s claim for holiday pay succeeds; the Respondents shall pay the Claimant £346.15.[3]The Claimant’s claim in breach of contract, (notice pay) succeeds; the Respondents shall pay the Claimant £345.15.[4]For the avoidance of doubt, liability for payment in respect of this Judgment is joint and several and the total payable is £2366.40.[5]The hearing of this matter on 20 April 2018 is vacated.
