JUDGMENT
(1) The respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £300 as compensation for breach of contract (unpaid notice).(2) The respondent shall pay to the claimant the further sum of £200 as compensation for breach of contract (failure to pay National Minimum Wage).(3) The respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £183.30 as accrued unpaid holiday pay.(4) The respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £42.85 which was deducted from his wages without authorisation.(5) The claimant has withdrawn his claim for baggage fees and that claim is dismissed.(6) The tribunal does not have jurisdiction over the claim about the ITC card (which the claimant says relates to the claim of unfair dismissal) or a claim of failure to give notice to terminate a tenancy.(7) The above figures were agreed by the parties.(8) The complaint of failure to provide itemised pay statements is postponed without the hearing of any evidence to 20 May 2019 at Watford Employment Tribunal.
