[1]The claimant’s claim for breach of contract unauthorised deductions from pay succeeds in the sum of £11,538.48.[2]The claimant’s claim for holiday pay accrued and owed succeeds in the sum of £1,157.64.[3]The claimant’s claim for breach of contract (non-payment of notice pay succeeds in the sum of £2,884.62.[4]Therefore, the claimant succeeds in respect of all three claims before the tribunal and it is ordered that the respondent pay the claimant £15,580.74, this being the gross figure for the sums owed.
