JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant is awarded the sum of £653.90 for unpaid sick pay (net) and £37.80 in respect of unpaid pension contributions.[2]The total amount due to the Claimant is therefore: £ 693.70[3]The remainder of the Claimant’s complaints are not well founded and are dismissed.[4]The Deposit paid by the Claimant of £30 is refunded to the Claimant. No Application was made in that regard and in the absence of reasons set out in the Deposit Order as to the basis on which the Deposit Order was made, it cannot be said that the complaints have failed for the reasons in the Deposit Order. 11 December 2023
