[1]The claimant’s complaints of failure to give notice; failure to provide written terms of employment and for a protective award succeed.[2]The claimant is entitled to the following sums based on a gross weekly wage of £250 and a net weekly wage of £235.36:- Statutory notice of one week’s pay £235.36[2]Contractual notice of one month (less statutory) ££748.53[3]Failure to provide written particulars (2 weeks) £500 Total £1483.89 3. The claimant is also entitled to a protective award of 90 days from the date of his dismissal on 19 October 2018 as there was a complete failure to consult on redundancies by the respondent.
