JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant was constructively dismissed by the second respondent. Her complaint of unfair dismissal succeeds against the second respondent.[2]The second respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £12,211 comprising:a. A basic award of £10,336;b. Financial losses in the sum of £1,375;c. Compensation for loss of statutory rights in the sum of £500.[3]The complaints of unauthorised deduction from wages and for holiday pay fail and are dismissed.[4]All the complaints against the first respondent fail and are dismissed.[5]The first respondent’s application for costs is refused.
